Intorno al Fuoco stems from a deep investigation of materials and invites the viewer to think about the relationship between stone and fire, primitive elements that live through the design of a brazier.
“The brazier to me is an object that combines fire and stone in a functional tool, characterized by a strong symbolic charge,” says Francesco Faccin. “The fire that warms enlightens, regenerates, and unites people, making us reconnect to memories and ancestral sensations that dwell in the depths of each human being.”
Bufalini bears witness to a tradition that has united its name with that of Carrara marble and has been enhancing the material in innovatively designed furniture elements.

After almost two years of collaboration with Enzo Mari, from 2009 to 2015 he started working as a consultant for Michele De Lucchi.
From 2007 until today he manages his studio in via Paolo Lomazzo, Milan, working with international, public, and private clients.
